Mrs. Latussek is specialized in Change Communication and Communication strategy full services as Public Relations, Marketing, Change Communication, Editing, Risk Communication Planning and Content Marketing. After 10 years as a journalist at home and abroad Constanze has been working in various leading management positions for over 16 years. She works also as a trainer and coach. Her core competencies are communication consulting, planning of communication concepts and media plans and preparation of press and communication contents (news, reports, press releases, advertisements, easy-explain videos, presentations, ghostwriting, interviews) for internal and external media.
Experience
Constanze’s consulting mandates covered various industries like banking, IT, chemicals, youth care, politics, industry and cultural area. In her career as a Consultant Constanze accompanied projects in different areas such as IT outsourcing, change management and change communication. In this areas her main focus was on a sustainable and effective development of the brand and company image (or rather the image of projects) by steering and improving integrated communications. Her focus rests on successful integration of all target groups and securing long-term both stake holder, customer and employee satisfaction.
Career history
Constanze worked in various leading management positions. She was chief editor of the Bundestag-Magazin, a multimedia publication of the German Parliament (Berlin). As Senior Director of the communications department of a top ten German Savings Bank (Sparkasse Leipzig) she took responsibility not only for 32 employees but also annual budgets of € 11 millions. At the same time she worked as the press officer of the Bank. Prior to that time she worked as a journalist and editor for different media (newspaper, radio, TV) such as Westfälische Nachrichten (Münster), Morning Star (London) and published articles for national newspapers like Börsenzeitung, Handelsblatt and FAZ. She is the author of various publications and scientific analyses. For her degree about the main conflicts between Russia and Ukraine thesis she stayed in Kiev (Ukraine) and did research in the parliament.
Education
Constanze studied at universities in Berlin, Münster and Leeds (UK). She holds a Master degree in political science, journalism and history of art from WWU Münster (Graduation with Distinction = 1, 0/ “Mit Auszeichnung”). She speaks Russian, English and German fluently and attended various further education courses in business administration and management like BLOCKtraining® (selfcoaching), FAZ-TV-Training, strategic thinking (“Pyramidales Denken”), communication and conflict manamagent, time management and various leadership trainings.
